Sage Orders: Customer summary & risk level

Risk level indicates if a customer who previously ordered frequently has not ordered recently.

Please download the export from Sage (see below reports accepted) for the last year, re-save as a CSV and if there's an information row at the top above the column names, please remove that first row so that the first row remaining contains the column headers.
